Yes. We use Practice Fusion for scheduling and health records, and doxy.me for telemedicine visits. Both are HIPAA-compliant platforms designed to protect your privacy and medical information.

How do I check in for my virtual visit?

At your appointment time, simply click the secure doxy.me link we provide. This will take you to our online waiting room — no downloads or accounts are needed. Just use your smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet, camera, and microphone.

What are your appointment hours?

Our appointment hours are flexible to accommodate your schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Can I change my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment through Practice Fusion online portal.
